Text messages (SMS)

If a tenant opts in, we collect their mobile number and a record of their consent (the time, IP address, browser, and the exact consent wording shown) so we can send rent notices on behalf of their landlord.

We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are shared only with our SMS provider to deliver the messages.

Tenants can opt out at any time by replying STOP or in the tenant portal Settings.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, secure cloud infrastructure, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
