Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you change plans, you'll be charged or credited a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
Your RentButler plan is billed by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. This is for your subscription only; RentButler does not collect rent from tenants online yet.
What is included in each plan?
Free includes up to 3 properties. Pro includes up to 25, and Portfolio up to 100. All plans include unlimited documents (fair use). AI lease reading and Application review are Pro and Portfolio only.
How does e-sign pricing work?
Free e-sign costs $4.99 per send. Pro and Portfolio include unlimited e-sign sends.
